Adopt a resolution approving Site Plan Review No. 2013 -05 as conditioned. <br />Principal Planner Sergio Klotz presented the staff report and recommendation. <br />Commission discussion ensued regarding ingress /egress, affordable housing in -lieu <br />fees, parking ratios, height of project and request to have a parking management <br />plan. <br />Written communications received from Amethyst Schy, Community Manager with <br />City Place Maintenance Association and the Association's Board of Directors <br />expressing concerns with traffic planning, parking accommodations and park <br />concerns with additional pet owners and residents; also communication from <br />resident Eric Wu expressing concern with parking ratios. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />Resident Leslie Rivera expressed concerns with parking and the design of the <br />project.
