109.4.3 Misdemeanor. Persons who fail to take immediate action to abate a fire <br />or life safety hazard when ordered or notified to do so by the chief or a duly <br />authorized representative, or who violate the following sections of this code, shall <br />be guilty of a misdemeanor: <br />104.11.2 Obstructing operations <br />104.11.3 Systems and Devices <br />107.5 Overcrowding <br />109.3.2 Compliance with Orders and Notices <br />111.4 Failure to comply <br />305.4 Deliberate or negligent burning <br />308.1.2 Throwing or placing sources of ignition <br />310.7 Burning Objects <br />3104.7 Open or exposed flames <br />SECTION 46: That section 14 -17 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code is hereby amended <br />such that it reads as follows: <br />Sec. 14 -17. Appointment (Section 103.2). <br />Section 103.2 is hereby deleted without replacement. <br />SECTION 47: That section 14 -21 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code is hereby amended <br />such that it reads as follows: <br />Sec. 14 -21. Definitions (Section 202). <br />Sections 202 General Definitions is hereby revised by adding "Approach- Departure <br />Path," "Emergency Helicopter Landing Facility (EHLF)," "Flow - line," "Hazardous Fire <br />Area," "Safety Area," and `Takeoff and Landing Area" and revising "High -Rise Building" as <br />follows: <br />202 General Definitions <br />APPROACH - DEPARTURE PATH. The flight path of the helicopter as it <br />approaches or departs from the landing pad. <br />EMERGENCY HELICOPTER LANDING FACILITY (EHLF). A landing area on <br />the roof of a high rise building that is not intended to function as a heliport or <br />helistop but is capable of accommodating fire, police, or medical helicopters <br />engaged in emergency operations. <br />FLOW -LINE. The lowest continuous elevation on a curb defined by the path <br />traced by a particle in a moving body of water at the bottom of the rolled curb. <br />HAZARDOUS FIRE AREA.
