SAPD Integrated Law Enforcement Solution RFP <br />Chapter 1: Rules of Preparation <br />If a timely protest is received, the Chief of Police, or designee, will review the protest and issue <br />a written response to all interested parties within five (5) business days. The decision of the <br />Chief of Police, or designee, will be final. The procedure and time limits set forth in this <br />paragraph are mandatory and are the proposer's sole and exclusive remedy in the event of a <br />protest.
