He has assisted the City of Portland in their Police and Fire technology <br />acquisition, and is currently develophtg An agreement between A nMS and the County of Alameda. <br />Financial Consultant: Nancy Leach <br />After a decade with the US Department of justice, COPS Office, Mrs. Leach joined Cit Com, <br />wherein she provides grant and financial management services for our clientele.
