Therefore, Cit Com <br />would prepare a Needs Analysis to describe the potential benefits to the organization and the public <br />that would emerge from the selected approach. <br />The Business Case would include a summary of the Analysis of Alternatives, as well as a <br />recommended alternative with supporting documentation related to the analysis (including <br />estimated proposed alternative and avoidance costs).
