In the event this situation changes, local law enforcement <br />representatives can propose a change in the allocation percentages to individual cities <br />for consideration and approval by the CCP in future fiscal year allocation plans. At <br />that point, Probation will develop an MOU with the City of La Palma, following <br />OCCCP's approval of a funded allocation. <br />20A -16 <br />
