PART B - BRISTOL BUSINESS COALITION <br />Coalition of 8 property owners requested the City consider partial acquisitions <br />MEETINGS WITH COALITION <br />City staff has met with Coalition many times <br />7/29/2013 ; 9/4/2013 ; 9/16/2013 ; 10/2/2013 ; 10/14/2013 ; 10/30/2013 ; <br />11 /5/2013 ; 11 /21 /2013 ; 11 /22/2013 ; 11 /26/2013 ; 12/19/2013 <br />COALITION PROPOSAL <br />• Their concerns are not related to the staff recommended approval of the <br />Addendum <br />• The approved 1990 EIR identifies all properties along E/S Bristol between <br />Washington &17th as full acquisitions <br />• The EIR also compels the City to complete full acquisitions of real property <br />which become severely impaired: <br />-Parcels rendered non -conforming due to (a) setback, (b) size, or (c) parking <br />requirements shall be full acquisitions <br />• The EIR did not consider the impacts of partial acquisitions <br />WIDENING IMPACTS <br />CITY COUNCIL MINUTES 15 JANUARY 7, 2014 <br />
