Mr. Klotz inquired if the applicant read and agreed to the conditions. Ms. Pak stated her <br />agreement to all the conditions. <br />Mr. Klotz stated the two previous ABC licenses approved at the site was a great <br />concern with the neighbors and a way to address their concern was through the <br />conditions of approval.
