The intent and understanding of the CITY OF SANTA ANA and COUNTY as contained in the above <br />are true and incorporated herein. <br />2. The CITY OF SANTA ANA agrees to be bound by all the terms, conditions, and obligations of <br />AGREEMENT, as if the City of Santa Ana had been an original city signatory to AGREEMENT. <br />3. The title of and listing of parties to AGREEMENT on page 1, line 1 to line 21, shall read as follows: <br />"AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br />THE COUNTY OF ORANGE AND <br />THE CITIES OF LOS ALAMITOS, SEAL BEACH, ANAHEIM, TUSTIN, AND SANTA ANA <br />FOR THE PROVISION OF MAP CHECKING SERVICES" <br />THIS AGREEMENT, hereinafter referred to as "AGREEMENT," for purposes of identification hereby <br />numbered D07 -028, and dated 30th day of October, 2007 is <br />SAND <br />BY AND BETWEEN <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE, <br />a political subdivision of the State of California, hereinafter <br />referred to as "COUNTY "; <br />CITY OF LOS ALAMITOS <br />a political subdivision of the State of California, <br />2 of <br />
