1 OKS Associates <br />Table 34 provides the existing ICUs as well as their corresponding levels of service for both <br />the morning and evening peak hours for each of the 13 study intersections. The most critical <br />intersection, which is currently operating at an unacceptable level of service of E during both <br />the AM and PM peak hours, is the intersection of Bristol Street at Memory Lane. During the <br />q PM peak hour, the intersection of Bristol Street at 17th Street operates at an unacceptable level <br />` of service F. However, it functions at an acceptable level of service C during the AM peak <br />hour. Similarly, the intersection of Bristol Street at Ist Street functions at an unacceptable level <br />of service E during the AM peak hour but functions well with an acceptable level of service D <br />during the PM peak hour. All other intersections are currently operating satisfactorily. Detailed <br />ICU worksheets can be found in the appendix at the end of this report. <br />3.4 BUS TRANSIT <br />Public transportation, mainly bus service along Bristol Street, is provided by the Orange County <br />Transit District (OCTI3 ). There are currently three main transit routes being served by OCTD <br />along Bristol Street. They are Route 49, Route 56 and Route 57. Route 49 serves Bristol <br />Street from 5th Street to Memory Lane. Route 56 serves 17th Street to Garden Grove <br />Boulevard on Bristol Street. Finally, Route 57 serves Bristol Street from 5th Street to Warner <br />Avenue. Currently, there are 40 bus stops (20 northbound and 20 southbound) located along <br />Bristol Street. <br />26657.P90223xO. Rpr 16 <br />
