Adopt a resolution approving Conditional Use Permit No. 2013 -48 as <br />conditioned for a Type 41 ABC license. Commissioner Bacerra <br />agreed for consistency with other ABC license applications. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />Applicant representative, Brett Engstrom, was available to address any questions. <br />No public members spoke.
