E. In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, the proposed <br />project has been determined to be a Categorical Exemption per section <br />15301. This Class 1 exemption is applicable to projects that involve minimal <br />expansion of an existing structure. Environmental Review No. 2013 -96 will <br />be filed for this project. <br />Section 2. The Planning Commission of the City of Santa Ana hereby <br />approves Site Plan Review No. 2013 -06.
