(MDG) is pleased to provide you with the attached Statement of <br />Qualifications (SOQ) to provide the City with Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) <br />Program Administration consulting services. MDG, along with its affiliate (LDM Associates, <br />Inc.), has been providing high - quality services to municipal agencies and private clients for over <br />22 years, Such services include those being requested by the City. <br />Our consulting team is comprised of highly qualified professional staff with expertise in all <br />aspects of the administration and implementation of U.S. Department of Housing and Urban <br />Development (HUD) Community Planning and Development (CPD) Programs. This includes <br />but is not limited to the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program and the Home <br />Investment Partnerships (HOME) Program as well as Recovery Act Programs such as the <br />Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP), Homelessness Prevention and Rapid Rehousing <br />Program (HPRP), and the Community Development Block Grant Recovery (CDBG -R) Program. <br />MDG also assist entitlement grantees with the development of CPD Program documents such as <br />the Five-Year Consolidated Plan, One -Year Action Plans, and Consolidated Annual Performance <br />and Evaluation Reports (CAPERs).
