For most of these cities, our scope of services is to pei %rm the overall administration and implementation of these programs including the preparation of Five -Year Consolidated Plans, Action Plans, CAPERs, contract management, financial management, monitoring, Davis -Bacon Compliance, inputting performance and financial data into IDIS, and other program requirements. We are currently under contract with the Cities of Claremont, Corona, El Monte, Fontana, Hesperia, Irvine, Lawndale, Lynwood, Newport Beach, Paramotmt, Palmdale, Rialto, Redlands, Upland, and Walnut to administer or assist in the administration of their CDBG, HOME and/or ESG Programs. Twelve (12) of the aforementioned Cities are entitlement cities with HUD. In recent years we have assisted the Cities of Chino, Hawthorne and Riverside to assist City staff on specific tasks such as IDIS input, project monitoring, Davis -Bacon Monitoring, preparation of Consolidated Plan/Action Plan, and preparation of Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER), Additionally, our firm was recently contracted by the City of Compton and County of Santa Barbara to assist in their day to day administration of their CDBG and HOME Programs as well as assist them in addressing recent findings issued by HUD and the Office of the Inspector General (010).
