8.8.2 Labor: Upon acceptance by the City's Telecommunications Coordinator or his /her <br />delegated representative of the completed project as specified in 2.11 of Appendix <br />E "Technical Standards and Operating Procedures for Cabling Services ". <br />8.8.3 Other charges: Upon approval of the City's Telecommunications Coordinator or <br />his /her delegated representative. <br />8.7 TESTING / DOCUMENTATION <br />For Testing and Documentation requirements, refer to Sections 2.10 (Testing and Certification) <br />and 2.11 (Completion) in Appendix E — Technical Standards and Operating Procedures for <br />Cabling Services. <br />8.8 REWORK/ PROBLEM RESOLUTION <br />Refer to Section 2.3 (Responsibilities of Vendor) in Appendix E — Technical Standards and <br />Operating Procedures for Cabling Services. <br />8.9 EMERGENCY SERVICE REQUESTS <br />Vendor will make every effort to timely respond to requests for service for situations determined <br />(by the City's Telecommunications Coordinator or his /her delegated representative) to be "an <br />emergency ". <br />8.10 WARRANTY WORK <br />Vendor will respond to warranty - service requests made by the City's Telecommunications <br />Coordinator or his /her delegated representative as provided and authorized by CommScope in <br />the 20 -year Link Performance Warranty offered for its SYSTIMAX Structured Cabling System. <br />Refer to Section 2.1.1.2 of this RFP. <br />8.11 CITY RESERVED RIGHT <br />In the event that, after being given the opportunity to quote on and to perform a specific cabling <br />requirement in a reasonable time period the Vendor has not done so, the City reserves the right <br />to seek another certified CommScope SYSTIMAX vendor to perform the task or to perform the <br />work itself under the CommScope SYSTIMAX Self- Maintainer program. <br />Page 15 of 36 <br />
