Article 4 <br />Abide by any confidentiality, safety, media relation, and intellectual <br />property agreements <br />a) Obtain permission to utilize, distribute or replicate any <br />intellectual property (e.g. PowerPoint, resource cards, etc.) or ideas <br />produced <br />b) Notify in written format of any media coverage that pertains to the <br />OCHTTF or will represent the OCHTTF in any manner <br />Article 5 <br />Avoid conducting civilian investigations or like activities that may <br />adversely affect the confidence of the public in program operations in <br />matters of public safety and integrity of law enforcement investigations <br />Article 6 <br />Any issues arising from the interpretation or implementation of this MOU will <br />be settled through consultations between the parties <br />Article 7 <br />Make a "good faith" effort to resolve any and all program implementation <br />challenges <br />Article 8 <br />This MON will enter into force upon signature by both parties and remains in <br />force until December 31, 2015, unless terminated earlier by either party. <br />This MOU shall in no way be constructed as a contract.
