Exhibit C <br />Scope of Work <br />The proposed 940 S. Minnie project involves the acquisition, rehabilitation, and reconfiguration <br />of a 10 unit building into an 8 unit building. The building currently consists of 10 one - bedroom units. To <br />better suit large families the building will be reconfigured to 4 one - bedroom, 2 two- bedroom, and 2 <br />three - bedroom units. <br />INTERIOR WORK <br />- Interior Demolition- <br />- Framing- <br />- Electrical- <br />o Demolition work will include removal of cabinets, HVAC units, appliances, finish <br />hardware, electrical fixtures and finish items, demo of existing bathrooms, and <br />demo of living rooms and kitchens. <br />• Existing walls and subfloors to be reframed on an as needed basis due to dryrot <br />and termite damage. <br />• New framing associated with the reconfiguration of the existing units. <br />• Deck plywood to be replaced due to water damage and decks will be sloped so <br />that they fall away from the buildings. <br />• New outlets, switches, and electrical fixtures. <br />• Kitchen outlets will be modified as necessary to meet code requirements. <br />• Rewire of the units that are being subdivided. <br />Low Voltage- Existing low voltage cable and telephone system to be reworked so as to be <br />operational. Outlets and plates to be replaced. <br />Plumbing- <br />o The units will receive new: <br />Shower valves - 10 total <br />Tubs /Showers -10 total <br />• Sinks- bathroom 10, Kitchen 8 <br />• Garbage disposals -8 total <br />Toilets- 10 total <br />Fixtures -10 total <br />o Existing drain lines and hot and cold copper water supply lines will be replaced <br />on an as needed basis. <br />251 -53 <br />
