2014 April 1, <br />Page 2 <br />5) Dental Insurance: The City will contribute up to 75% of the premium costs based on <br />the Met rife HMO plan; the Delta Dental PPO (Single Rate) or the lowest cost dental <br />HMO, whichever is highest. <br />6) Sick Leave: The provisions set forth in the Full 'Time MOU with respect to the use of <br />sick leave during the Workers' Comp waiting period will be incorporated into the PTCS <br />MOU, <br />7) Eligibility List: The City will memorialize its practice of submitting names of employees <br />wishing to convert to full -time position to any department hiring for vacancies in the <br />classification. <br />4) Overtime Definition: The parties agree to delete reference to 8 hours per day <br />threshold for overtime and codify the 40 hours per week threshold. <br />Al <br />10) Uniform Allowance: Discontinue reporting imputed allowance to CALPERS as <br />compensation-no change in practice of providing uniforms. <br />11) Joint Labor Management Teams: Add discussion of salary schedule <br />formattstructure to existing listing of teams. <br />FISCAL.
