Construction <br />survey services are often needed on short notice; therefore, retaining two firms ensures that at <br />least one firm is available. The services will be provided on as- needed basis as requested by City <br />staff. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />There is no environmental impact associated with this action. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />The total obligation of these agreements shall not exceed $250,000 for each firm.
