of surveying and mapping services. He has managed 50 "On -Call' contracts directly for the suppor <br />federal, state, and local agencies. These contracts include the Counties of Los Angeles and On <br />U.S. Forest Service, various U.S. Army Corps of Engineer Districts, the U.S. Navy — Southwest <br />and the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Water District (MWD). <br />He has a "hands•on" working knowledge of various land surveying services, including Right -of -Way and <br />boundary surveys and analysis, GPS surveys, topographic surveys, utility location surveys, large -scale <br />aerial, and geodetic control and monitoring quantities. While working directly for the County of Orange, Mr, <br />del Castillo was responsible for all boundary surveys, first order / second order vertical and horizontal <br />control surveys, photogrammetric mapping, control surveys and centerline surveys. <br />COAST SURVEYING, UNC, <br />EXPERIENCE <br />SCRRA on Orange County Service Expansion (60 Miles) & <br />Grade Crossings thru J,L. Patterson & Assoc., as Survey <br />Manager. Work performed included establishing control <br />monuments every 5 miles, and photo control targets, aerial <br />mapping, DTM and digital orthographic photography covering a <br />600 -foot wide swath along the entire project length, petalled <br />topographic surreys were made under all over crossing <br />structures and areas of proposed RR yards and maintenance <br />facilities. Precise H & V location data along the track was <br />obtained and horizontal alignment determined in areas of <br />concern, On 53 grade crossings, performed work included <br />construction control, topographic surveys, title reports and legal <br />descriptions. Right-of-Way/Boundary surveys were also <br />performed. All work completed on -time and on- budget, <br />Metro, Major Projects as Survey Manager on: <br />Airport Metro Connector through Connect LAX through <br />Connect LAX (PB and $TV Joint Venture), The project is 3,500 <br />acres of very complex and busy LAX. Work consisted of <br />performing design surveys, aerial mapping, and Right -of -Way <br />mapping. $374K in fees. Project is on- going. <br />Downtown Los Angeles Streetcar Restoration through HDR, <br />Inc. The project Is 3.8 miles long in the very dense and complex <br />area of Downtown LA. Due to the hundreds of high rise <br />buildings, Coast worked out an innovative flight plan to produce <br />an extremely excellent aerial mapping product. Work consisted <br />of performing control network, design surveys, aerial mapping, <br />and Right -of -Way mapping. $105K in fees, Project is on- going. <br />Interstate 710 North Segment Utility Study, LA County <br />through MDR, Inc. The project is 8 miles long. Work consisted <br />of performing design surveys, aerial mapping, and Right -of -Way <br />mapping. $160K in fees. Project is ongoing. <br />25E -66 <br />
