Mr. Kasbohm is a Professional <br />since 1986. <br />EXPERIENCE <br />SCRRA Orange County Service Expansion (60 Miles) & <br />Grade Crossings thru J.L. Patterson & Assoc., as Project <br />Surveyor. Coast has and is providing surveying and mapping <br />services under J. L. Patterson & Associates for SCRRA. This <br />project begins at Fullerton Station and continues southerly miles <br />to the San Diego County line, Fullerton to Atwood to Orange and <br />various railroad yards. Work performed included establishing <br />control monuments every 5 miles, and photo control targets, <br />aerial mapping, DTM and digital orthographic photography <br />covering a 600•foot wide swath along the entire project length. <br />Detailed topographic surveys were made under all aver crossing <br />structures and areas of proposed RR yards and maintenance <br />facilities. Precise H & V location data along the track was <br />obtained and horizontal alignment determined in areas of <br />concern. On 53 grade crossings, performed work included <br />construction control, topographic surveys, title reports and legal <br />descriptions. Right -of- Way /Boundary surveys were also <br />performed. $834K in fees. Reference: Tom Tappan, PE, VP of <br />Rail, J.L, Patterson & Assoc. (562) 712.6127. All work is <br />completed on -time and on- budget, <br />Milliken Avenue Grade Separation at <br />UPRR/Metrolink/Mission Boulevard in Ontario for the City of <br />Ontario through Moffatt & Nichol, as Project Surveyor, Coast <br />Surveying performed survey research, photo control, aerial <br />photogrammebic mapping, design surveys, centerline surveys, <br />and right of way delineation. $78K in fees. All work is completed on -time and on- budget. <br />On-Call Surveying Services for the City of Santa Ana, as <br />Project Surveyor.
