<br />Voucher Issuance and Term <br />An applicant family has no right to portability until after the family has been issued a voucher <br />\[24 CFR 982.353(b)\]. The SAHA will also ask the receiving PHA to <br />provide any information the family may need upon arrival, including the name, fax, email <br />and telephone number of the staff person responsible for business with incoming portable <br />families and procedures related to appointments for voucher issuance.
