Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute an <br />agreement with DIRECTV dealer MA Advance Services for $9,000 <br />in sponsorship for City produced events, subject to non- <br />substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City <br />Attorney. <br /> <br />2. Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute an <br />agreement with DIRECTV dealer Global Satellite for $9,000 in <br />sponsorship for City produced events, subject to non-substantive <br />changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney. <br /> <br />3.
