AGMT - FINANCIAL SYSTEM MAINTENANCE, SERVICES, AND <br />SOFTWARE – Finance and Management Services Agency <br /> <br />Authorize renewal of Agreement No. A- <br /> RECOMMENDED ACTION: <br />2008-037 with Infor (US) Inc., formerly Lawson Software Americas, <br />Inc. for maintenance, service, and software for the Lawson financial <br />system in an amount not to exceed $200,000 annually for a three year <br />period, subject to non-substantive changes approved by the City <br />Manager and City Attorney. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />25E.AGMTS – AS-NEEDED CONSTRUCTION SURVEYING SERVICES – <br />Public Works Agency <br /> <br />Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of <br /> RECOMMENDED ACTION: <br />the Council to execute agreements with Joseph C. Truxaw, Inc., and <br />Coast Surveying, Inc., subject to non-substantive changes approved <br />by the City Manager and City Attorney, to provide as-needed <br />construction surveying services, for a 26-month term expiring June <br />30, 2016, with the option to extend for two additional one-year terms <br />by written authorization of the City Manager and the City Attorney, <br />for a maximum of four years, in an amount not to exceed $250,000 <br />each. <br /> <br /> <br />25F.
