Nicholas is completing his <br />degree in Public Administration and History, and has served the Riverside County Sheriffs <br />Department since 2009. lie has assisted the City of Portland in their Police and Fire technology <br />acquisition, and is currently developing an agreement between AnNIS and the County orAlameda, <br />Financial Consultant: Nancy Leach <br />After a decade with the US Department or Justice COPS Office, Mrs. Leach joined Cit Com, <br />wherein she provides grant and financlal management services For our clientele.
