Subgrantees must provide a copy <br />to their Cal EMA Program Representative. <br />Fusion Centers The Baseline Capabilities far State and Major Urhah Area Fusion Centers <br />(September 2008) identifies the baseline capabilities for fusion centers and the <br />operational standards necessary to achieve each of the capabilities across the <br />National Network of Fusion Centers.
