Sufficient documentation should be maintained to <br />identify the original grant used to purchase the equipment (SHSP and <br />UASI programs only) <br />• Implementation. Planned or actual expenditures for maintenance contracts and <br />warranties, repair and replacement costs, upgrades, disability accommodations, <br />and user fees must be reflected in the ISIP or BSIR. <br />Grantees must comply with all the requirements in 44 CFR Part §13 and 2 CFR Part <br />§215. <br />Other Allowable Costs <br />Western Hemispheric Travel Initiative (SHSP) <br />In addition to the expenditures outlined above, SHSP funds may be used to support the <br />implementation activities associated with the Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative <br />(WHTI), including the issuance of WHTI- compliant Tribal identification cards.
