ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORTADDENDUM <br />Bristol Street Widening Phase HIS — Washington Avenue to 17`" Street <br />designed such that the Project would not require acquisition of land from the school property. Impacts <br />would be similar to those identified in the 1990 FEIS /EIR. <br />Mitigation Measures <br />No new additional mitigation measures are required. <br />d.) Parks? <br />There are no parks within the Project limits, and no park services would be increased or impacted as a <br />result of the proposed Project. Impacts would be similar to those identified in the 1990 FEIS /EIR. <br />Mitigation Measures <br />No new additional mitigation measures are required. <br />e.) Otherpubliefacilities? <br />The proposed Project entails the widening of Bristol Street between Washington Avenue and 17s' Street, <br />and would not generate demands for public facilities. Impacts would be similar to those identified in the <br />1990 FEIS /EIR. <br />Mitigation Measures <br />No new additional mitigation measures are required. <br />3.15 Recreation <br />This section corresponds with Section IV - Environmental Consequences and Mitigation Measures, <br />Subsection P - Impact on Recreational Facilities, of the 1990 FEIS /EIR. <br />a.) Would the project increase the use of existing neighborhood and regional parks or other <br />recreational facilities such that substantial physical deterioration of the facility would occur or <br />be accelerated? <br />The proposed Project involves the widening of Bristol Street between Washington Avenue and 17`" Street <br />within a highly urbanized and built -out area in the City of Santa Ana; the widening of Bristol Street <br />would not induce growth, nor create demand for recreation- related services. Furthermore, the proposed <br />Project would not result in the physical deterioration of recreational facilities. No mitigation measures are <br />required with regards to recreational resources.
