ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORTADDENDUM <br />Bristol Street Widening Phase IIIB — Washington Avenue to 17' Street <br />the proposed Project may interfere with emergency access in the short-term, it would improve emergency <br />access once the Project is completed. The proposed Project would not result in impacts to emergency <br />access beyond those previously identified in the 1990 FEIS /EIR. <br />Mitigation Measures <br />No new additional mitigation measures are required. <br />f.) Conflict with adopted policies, plans, or programs regarding public transit, bicycle, or pedestrian <br />facilities, or otherwise decrease the performance or safety ofsuch facilities? <br />The proposed Project would not conflict with any alternative transportation plan, and would increase <br />safety associated with improvements to the traffic operations through the Project corridor. The proposed <br />Project would not result in impacts greater than as described in the 1990 FEIS /EIR. <br />Mitigation Measures <br />No new additional mitigation measures are required. <br />3.17 Utilities and Service Systems <br />This section corresponds with Section IV - Environmental Consequences and Mitigation Measures, <br />Subsections S - Effect on Utilities, and V - Construction Impacts of the 1990 Final EIS /EIR. <br />a.) Exceed wastewater treatment requirements of the applicable Regional Water Quality Control <br />Board? <br />The proposed Project would not generate wastewater. No new significant impact is anticipated. No <br />impacts are anticipated in this regard. <br />Mitigation Measures <br />No new additional mitigation measures are required. <br />b.) Require or result in the construction of new water or wastewater treatment facilities or expansion <br />of existing facilities, the construction of which could cause significant environmental effects? <br />The proposed road widening Project would not require or result in the construction of new water or <br />wastewater treatment facilities or expansion of existing facilities. The existing sewer and water lines <br />beneath Bristol Street would not be relocated. No new significant impact is anticipated.
