It <br />is anticipated by the funds for an estimated $75,000 in annual operating and maintenance costs <br />will be authorized by the City Council as part of the budget each fiscal year. <br />In addition, pursuant to the development agreement dated August 8, 1991 between the City and <br />County of Orange, the City will continue to provide support and maintenance of the parking <br />meters located at the Historic Court House parking lot.
