City of Santa Ana, PWA Agreement Exhibit A <br />RFP — ON -CALL ENGINEERING DESIGN SERVICES FOR WATER AND SEWER MAIN <br />IMPROVEMENTS <br />the highest scoring proposers. If negotiations are not successful between the committee and the <br />highest scoring proposers, the committee shall open the fee envelope of the next highest <br />scoring proposers and enter into negotiations. This process shall continue until negotiations are <br />successful. The City Council recommendation will be based upon successful negotiations to <br />mutually agreeable terms between the City and Proposers of the highest rated firms. <br />XVIII, NOTIFCATION AND AWARD <br />The proposal results will not be discussed until after award of contract upon City Council <br />approval. <br />Project manager may, but is not required to, discuss non -award with interested proposer's. <br />XIX. PUBLIC RECORDS <br />Proposals will become public record after award of contract. Proposer information identified as <br />proprietary information shall be maintained confidential, to the extent allowed under the <br />California Public Records Act. <br />12 <br />25C -21 <br />
