PROJECT TEAM <br />Key members of die Project Team have ongoing <br />experience with die City of Santa Ana (City). Our <br />Project Manager, Mr. Tom Epperson, has been <br />working with tine City since 1983. Our team is <br />founded on a long term working relationship with <br />tine City and our goal is to strengthen this <br />relationship through a "teamworking and <br />partnering" approach. Iu addition, most of our <br />Project Team has been working on out current <br />projects with the City, as well. <br />Tetra Tech has assembled a Project Team that <br />possesses the knowledge, experience and <br />enthusiasm necessary to successfiilly complete die <br />project. The Project Team is devoted to completing <br />your project within schedule and under budget, and <br />not only meet, but exceed your expectations. The <br />following paragraphs summarize the qualifications <br />of our key staff, <br />Project Manager; Leading our Project Team Is <br />Mr. Torn Epperson, RE. Mr. Epperson will <br />provide the overall project direction and <br />coordination, technical oversight, quality <br />management and provide all day -to -day contact <br />with the City staff. Mr. Epperson has been involved <br />in the majority of the projects that Tetra Tech has <br />completed since 1999 for die City. <br />in addition, Tom ties been involved in the design <br />and /or construction engineering for tine following <br />clients who have continually chosen Tetra Tech for <br />repeat business dining the last 10 years. The <br />following is a list of these clients and the quantity <br />of individual projects that we have done during the <br />last ten years for the client: <br />Moulton Niguel Water District — since 2000 <br />(over 60 projects) <br />West Basin MWD —As-Needed Professional <br />Engineering Services, for 2006 and 2010 (over <br />30 pr °ojecis) <br />Upper San Gabriel Valley tb16VD — Recycled <br />Water, Pipeline and Retrofit Projects (4projects) <br />Irvine Ranch Water District (over 20 projects) <br />Orange County YYaier Dtslrict (6 projects) <br />City ofParamonnt (8 projects) <br />City ofAnahehn (5 projects) <br />Deputy Project Manager; Mr. Alark Bush, P.E„ <br />will be the Deputy Project Manager and will share <br />project management responsibilities with Tom; <br />similar to how the past As-Needed contracts have <br />been managed. Mr. Bush has been the Project <br />Manager/Project Engineer for the following <br />projects; <br />City of Santa Ana — As- Needed S'emices since <br />2006 (over 20 projects) <br />00 ofS'antaAna — JohnGartheReservoir <br />Improvemcnls Phase 11 <br />• West BasinMWO —As- Needed Professional <br />Engineering S'en4ccs,for 2006 and 2010 (over <br />30 projects) <br />Several Pump Stations for this City of Orange <br />and Santa Margarita Water District <br />Reservoirs for Santa Margarita Water District <br />and the City of Tustin <br />Mn Steve Tedesco, P.E., wilt be responsible for die <br />quality control of the overall project. His <br />participation will help ensure a cost - effective <br />design which minimizes construction conflicts and <br />contractor claims. In addition, Mr. Epperson will <br />draw from Steve's experience st any time to help <br />address any complex challenges that arise during <br />the implementation of the project. <br />Ter.hnical Support <br />Mr. Laurence Esguerra, P.E, will be tie Task <br />Engineer for the potable water main projects. Mr. <br />Esguen•a has been involved on several pipeline <br />Projects with the City, including die Bristol Street <br />Widening, Centennial Park, Mid City <br />Neighborhood, Pico -Lowell and Central City Water <br />Main Replacement projects. He also recently <br />designed approximately 20 miles of recycled water <br />pipeline for El Toro Water District. Over his career, <br />Mr. Esguerra has designed over 70 miles of water <br />and recycled water pipelines. <br />Mr. Les Wong, P.E, will be the Task Engineer for <br />die sewer main projects.
