Mr. Mitre Tsai, P.E. will be the Task Engineer for <br />the Pump Station and Lift Station Facilities. Mr. <br />Tsoi has been the Project Engineer for several <br />pump stations and well facilities for Irvine Ranch <br />Water District, the City of Lakewood and the City <br />of Orange. Over his career, Mr. Tsoi has designed <br />over 20 pump station, lift station and well facilities. <br />Als. Crisna Estrada, RE, will be the Task <br />Engineer for the permitting of the various projects. <br />Ms. Estrada's previous work on the Foothill Toll <br />Road South Utility Relocations will be invaluable <br />as she was able to coordinate the obtaining of all <br />the necessary permits with tnutti- permitting <br />agencies even though the project and relocation <br />work had very sensitive permitting issues. <br />Mr. Ken Berard, P.E. will be the Task Manager for <br />the Hydraulic Analysis, Mr. Berard has been the <br />Project Manager for over 15 Muster Plans. He has <br />performed numerous studies ranging from complete <br />water /recycled water /sewer master plans to <br />efficiency studies for various Southern California <br />water agencies. <br />M. Victor Ramirez, P.E., S..E, will be the Task <br />Manager supporting die structural design needs for <br />this contract. Mr. Ramirez has provided structural <br />support services for the majority of the past City <br />projects including John Garthe Reservoir <br />Improvements Phase 2. His structural engineering <br />design experience includes the design of water <br />storage and water conveyance related structures as <br />well as seismic rehabilitation of these facilities. <br />Mr. Nfazen Kassm•, P.E. will be the Task Manager <br />for electrical and controls. Mr. Kassar has <br />supported all projects involving electrical and <br />controls designed by our water /wastewater group in <br />Irvine for the last several years. <br />Within die Project Team Chart, we have included <br />the depth of our Irvine Office's Water and <br />Wastewater group. We have a large group of design <br />engineers tliat will be able to support the Technical <br />Leads. This large talent pool to draw, lion, will <br />allow Tetra Tech to rapidly deploy and meet <br />aggressive project schedules. <br />We have included a chart summarizing our Project <br />Team's education acrd years of experience. In <br />addition, we have included an exhibit showing how <br />the project team has worked together ea the <br />majority of the relevant projects. <br />We have included detailed resumes for all of these <br />personnel in the Appendix. <br />Subconsultants <br />In order to provide all of the services we feel will <br />be needed for this project.
