EIR No. 2010 -01, AA No. 2014 -01, <br />GPA No. 2014 -01 <br />June 3, 2014 <br />Page 2 <br />In addition to the tower, the applicant is proposing to construct a one -story, 6,413 square foot <br />aquatics and wellness center that will serve as an additional amenity for the residents of the entire <br />Town and Country Manor campus. Finally, the primary entrance of the existing Town and Country <br />Manor building will be remodeled and expanded by an additional 914 square feet to provide an <br />enhanced entry to the facility. <br />A public hearing on the Park View at Town and Country manor project was held by the City Council <br />on May 6, 2014. At the conclusion of the hearing, which included no comments from the public, <br />the City Council continued the item for 30 days in order to allow the Council additional time to <br />review the project.
