Staffing and Project Organization <br />Hennessey & Hennessey is a highly qualified real estate appraisal firm with the experience and <br />technical skills to accomplish any given assignment. The staff members to be assigned to the contract <br />that is the subject of this proposal have experience in appraising all types of real property for public <br />projects. <br />Effective organization and management of the project team, including subconsultants, over the entire <br />course of the project is the key to successful accomplishment of the intended objectives. Accordingly, <br />Hennessey & Hennessey proposes that the team be under the direction of a single Project Manager who <br />will be directly responsible to the City for execution of the Work Plan. The Project Manager will have <br />full management, scheduling, and financial responsibility for the project. The Project Manager will also <br />be responsible for ensuring that the City's needs are met in a responsive and timely manner, that work <br />efforts are fully coordinated, and that the work is performed at the highest technical level. <br />1. Hennessey, MAI, SR/WA <br />Proposed position: Project manager/senior appraiser; <br />valuation analysis and expert witness testimony <br />Location: Tustin <br />Current assignments: 11 <br />Commitment to that/those assignments: 80% <br />Availability for this assignment: 90% <br />Years with H&H: 25+ years <br />Ms. Hennessey has more than 25 years of experience appraising real property with an emphasis <br />on eminent domain and litigation appraisals. Her work has included appraisals of all types of real <br />estate, including industrial, commercial, retail, office, mixed use, and residential properties, as <br />well as unimproved land, for full and partial acquisitions for right of way purposes. <br />Ms. Hennessey has appraised properties for right of way projects for the cities of Anaheim, Costa <br />Mesa, Fullerton, Garden Grove, Huntington Beach, Lake Forest, Laguna Niguel, Mission Viejo, <br />Ontario, Riverside, Santa Ana, and Upland. She has also completed appraisal assignments for the <br />Orange County Transportation Authority, the Riverside County Transportation Commission, the <br />Eastern Foothills Transportation Corridor Agencies, and water and school districts, as well as <br />property and right of way acquisition and engineering firms. <br />Ms. Hennessey is qualified as an expert witness in the Superior Court of Orange County. She holds <br />the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute and the SR/WA designation from the International <br />Right of Way Association. She is a California Certified General Real Estate Appraiser <br />(No. AG003323). Ms. Hennessey is a Senior Member, a Past President, and a former member of <br />the Board of Directors of the Orange County Chapter of the International Right of Way <br />Association. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at Berkeley. <br />In addition to performing the necessary valuation tasks and report preparation, Ms. Hennessey will <br />be the designated Project Manager and Primary Contact for all assignments under this contract. <br />She will have full management, scheduling, and financial responsibility for performance of the <br />assigned projects.
