Barbara L. Zachry, MAI <br />Proposed position: Senior appraiser; research and valuation analysis <br />Location: Tustin and San Diego Availability for this assignment: 80% <br />Current assignments: 1 Years with H&H: 1 year <br />Commitment to that/those assignments: 90% <br />Ms. Zachry has 40 years' experience in appraising real property, with an emphasis on eminent <br />domain and litigation appraisals. Her appraisal work encompasses the valuation of all types of real <br />estate, including mixed use, commercial, office, retail, and residential properties, as well as vacant <br />land, for full and partial right of way acquisitions. She served as President of the Orange County <br />Chapter of the International Right of Way Association in 2002 and was a member of the Board of <br />Directors of the IRWA and the Southern California Chapter of the Appraisal Institute from 2000 to <br />2002. Ms. Zachry is qualified as an Expert Witness for the Orange County Superior Court. She <br />holds a Masters of Arts degree from California State University Fullerton. She is qualified to <br />appraise all types of real estate, as well as provide appraisal review services. <br />Susan D. Taylor <br />Proposed position: Associate; research, field work, preliminary valuation analysis, <br />report writing, and editing <br />Location: Tustin and Newport Beach Availability for this assignment: 90% <br />Current assignments: 3 Years with H&H: 5 years <br />Commitment to that/those assignments: 80% <br />Ms. Taylor has more than 30 years' experience in commercial real estate, including real estate <br />market analysis, planning, entitlements, development, construction, financing, asset management, <br />and dispositions. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Real <br />Estate and Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin. Since 2008, Ms. Taylor has <br />assisted with appraisals for full and partial acquisitions for numerous government agencies, cities, <br />and engineering firms. <br />Joseph S. Montano <br />Proposed position: Associate appraiser; research, data collection, field work <br />Location: Tustin Availability for this assignment: 75% <br />Current assignments: 9 Years with H&H: 14 years <br />Commitment to that/those assignments: 90% <br />Mr. Montano joined Hennessey & Hennessey in 1999 and has been an Associate Appraiser since <br />2004. He has assisted in appraising properties for right of way projects in the cities of Anaheim, <br />Garden Grove, Lake Forest, Riverside, and Santa Ana, and for the Orange County Transportation <br />Authority, the Riverside County Transportation Commission, and water and school districts.
