• Monitor Demolition activities <br />• Prepare documentation for Right of way disposition <br />• Attend neighborhood and Counc it meetings and present progress status reports to <br />City staff <br />• The Project manager overseeing the right of way management programs shall be <br />currently and validly licensed to practice the business of Real Estate in the State of <br />California. <br />• The project manager shall also have full time experience conducting same work as <br />those required by this RFP for at least the past 5 years. <br />• Manage sales activities on City owned property including: <br />o Set -up procedure to sell surplus property <br />o Market for sale properties via traditional and non - traditional methods <br />The firm must have its own office space with all equipment and supplies necessary to carry <br />out the Right of Way Program Management Services. The Project Manager may at times <br />need to work at the City alongside with City staff. The City will provide a work station for the <br />Project Manager to use for no more than 20 hours a week. <br />
