This exercise will evaluate the plans, policies, and <br />procedures that govern the activation, deployment, operations, and <br />demobilization of a mobile field force. The drill will be conducted over an 8 <br />hour period and will include up to 100 participants from law enforcement <br />agencies. Willdan will facilitate the design, delivery, and evaluation of the <br />drill through completion of the following items: <br />1. Coordinate and facilitate three planning meetings, and submit <br />planning meeting summaries to the exercise design team. <br />2. Develop a baseline scenario for use during the exercise. <br />3. Develop and reproduce 10 copies of the exercise plan (EXPLAN) for <br />the drill. <br />4. Develop and reproduce 10 copies of an exercise Controller /Evaluator <br />(C /E) Manual, including evaluation criteria. <br />S. Produce a MSEL to support 8 hours of exercise play if required. <br />6. Develop and reproduce 100 copies of the exercise Participant <br />Guides /Player Handouts. <br />7. Provide up to 15 exercise control staff members for a 1 -day period. <br />The control staff can assist with exercise administration and control, <br />evaluation, and instruction. <br />21 Page <br />
