APPOINT TISH (GUADALUPE) LETICIA LEON TO THE COMMUNITY <br />REDEVELOPMENT AND HOUSING COMMISSION, RECOMMENDED BY <br />COUNCILMEMBER REYNA AS THE WARD 5 REPRESENTATIVE FOR A <br />TERM EXPIRING DECEMBER 13, 2016 — Clerk of the Council Office <br />MOTION: Appoint Tish (Guadalupe) Leticia Leon to the Community <br />Redevelopment and Housing Commission (Ward 2 Resident, Replaces <br />L. Bist). <br />FINAL TRACT MAP NOTIFICATIONS - Pursuant to Section 34-183 of the Santa Ana Municipal <br />Code, the City Engineer has received this Final Map and is in the process of reviewing the map for <br />final approval. The City Engineer shall approve or disapprove this map within 10 days of the City <br />Council Meeting. <br />17A. DESTRUCTION OF OBSOLETE CITY RECORDS - Police Department <br />MOTION: Approve the requests for the destruction of obsolete records <br />from various City departments in accordance with the retention <br />schedule outlined in City Council Resolution 2013-014. The Citywide <br />Records Retention Schedule has specific retention periods for many <br />City documents. The Schedule is modeled after the California Secretary <br />of State's sample for local government and incorporates other statutory <br />periods applicable to Santa Ana.
