This road reclassification would provide one additional <br />through lane in each direction, and would require an amendment to the Cities of Orange and Santa <br />Ana's General Plans. <br />General Plan (2030) analyses later in Section 4.6 will show that Main Street between La Veta Avenue <br />and Town & Country Road is forecasted to operate at LOS D without and with the proposed project. <br />Daily traffic volumes on Main Street in 2030 were generally forecasted to be lower than 2013 <br />Michael Brandman Associates 4.6 -19 <br />H\Cl t(PN- JMb32]b32]003MMVB2]0030 Sec0 Trayspo .d¢ <br />
