elects to replace its existing Laserfiche Software with a new Laserfiche product <br />suite, the subscriber is entitled to credit 100% of the purchase price of its existing <br />Laserfiche Software toward the purchase of the new Laserfiche product suite. <br />Examples of new product suites would include a subscriber's transition from <br />Laserfiche Team to Laserfiche Avante, or from Laserfiche Avante to Laserfiche <br />Rio. Naturally, Laserfiche can only credit the price the LSAP subscriber actually <br />paid for its current Laserfiche Software against the new product suite. Laserfiche <br />does not credit the subscriber's annual LSAP payments or other interim <br />purchases it may have paid for installation, training, upgrades, ancillary <br />programs, additional professional services and consulting. <br />24 -hour FTP and web access to drivers and update files. LSAP subscribers <br />receive free 24 -hour FTP access to each new Laserfiche release, as well as <br />updated drivers. By installing all updates and upgrades for your Laserfiche <br />Software, you are assured the best possible performance. The Laserfiche <br />Website also contains more support information and answers to frequently - asked <br />questions. <br />Online Support Resources. Your staff receives access to the Laserfiche Support <br />Site, where they'll find the detailed technical information that helps them <br />optimize system performance and maximize uptime, as well as integrate your <br />document repository with your organization's other line -of- business applications. <br />• The latest hotfixes, updates and patches. These critical items ensure that your <br />Laserfiche system continues to operate at peak efficiency. <br />• Laserfiche user education programs. You will be updated regularly via our <br />website about our extensive array of user education programs, including Regional <br />Training sessions closer to you. All Premium LSAP subscribers will be entitled <br />to preferred pricing and priority seating when they attend our user education <br />programs and our annual Laserfiche Institute Conference. <br />• Monthly newsletters and technical updates to keep you current on the latest <br />system and records developments.
