The Contractor agrees to retain reports, records, <br />documents, and files related to charges hereunder ror a period of three years following the date <br />of final payment for the Contractor's services hereunder and suoh records shall be located in <br />Sharman flaks, Culifondi, The Caunty reserves the right to audit acid verify the Contractor's <br />records before final payment is made.
