to all the terms and conditions hereof, the parties hereto do <br />hereby agree as follows: <br />SECTION 1. - LICENSE <br />A. License: CITY hereby grants to DISTRICT, and DISTRICT hereby <br />accepts a license to use the real property described in said <br />"Exhibit D" only for the purposes hereinafter specified, for a <br />term beginning on the date of execution of this Agreement and <br />ending Thirty (30) years from and after said date of execution, <br />unless earlier terminated as herein provided. <br />B. Renewal: CITY grants to DISTRICT the option to renew this <br />Agreement for an additional term or terms of Five (5) years each, <br />so long as it has performed all the covenants, agreements and <br />conditions set forth herein to be performed by DISTRICT, and no <br />objection to the continuation of the Agreement has been inter- <br />posed by the United States of America, County of Orange or CITY. <br />However, said option must be exercised by providing written notice <br />to CITY not less than One Hundred and Eighty (180) days prior to <br />expiration date of this Agreement or any subsequent option period. <br />C. Amendments: This Agreement may be amended at any time by <br />mutual consent of CITY and DISTRICT, subject to approval of such <br />amendments by COUNTY and the United States Secretary of the Interior. <br />SECTION 2. - USE OF PREMISES <br />A. Uses: DISTRICT, subject to design approval by CITY and <br />COUNTY, is hereby authorized and agrees to construct on said real <br />property the facilities described in "Exhibit E," attached hereto <br />and incorporated herein by this reference. <br />4 <br />
