D. Review Committee: CITY shall establish a review committee <br />to examine annually and recommend to CITY and COUNTY actions on <br />activities and maintenance in the PARK affecting the fees referred <br />to in Section 3B, supra. Said committee shall be composed of One <br />(1) representative each from CITY, COUNTY, and DISTRICT, and Two <br />(2) from among the concessionaires, other than DISTRICT, who are <br />licensed to use portions of the PARK. <br />SECTION 4. - RESERVATION AND PERFORMANCE <br />A. Reservation: CITY reserves the right of access to said real <br />property and all facilities thereon for the purpose of securing <br />compliance with the terms of this Agreement and to carry out its <br />other normal operational functions. Access is also reserved on <br />behalf of any and all other governmental agencies with management <br />responsibilities in, on or to said real property. <br />B. DISTRICT'S Performance: In conformance with the use of said <br />real property and facilities in the park pursuant to the terms of <br />this Agreement, DISTRICT agrees to: <br />1. Obtain all necessary licenses and permits and comply <br />with all laws, rules and regulations of all public <br />authority affecting the facilities, premises and uses <br />thereof. <br />2. Submit all construction documents (including, but not <br />limited to, design and construction plans and specifica- <br />tions) and amendments thereto for buildings, signs, <br />landscape and irrigation or anything of whatever nature <br />to be constructed on said real property, to CITY for <br />approval by CITY and COUNTY prior to starting any <br />building, rebuilding, construction, reconstruction, <br />erection, demolition, enlargement, moving, removing, <br />conversion or any substantial enlargement, alteration, <br />or repair of any building, structure, landscaping or <br />system on said real property.
