Implementation of the proposed Project would not result in greater <br />impacts than previously analyzed, regarding farmland, in the 1990 FEIS /EIR. <br />Mitigation Measures <br />No additional new mitigation measures are required. <br />3.3 Air Quality <br />This section corresponds with Section IV - Environmental Consequences and Mitigation Measures, <br />Subsections H - Air Quality and V - Construction Impacts of the previously approved 1990 FEIS /EIR. <br />a.) Conflict with or obstruct implementation of the applicable air quality plan? <br />The Bristol Street Widening Project is fully funded and included in SCAG's 2012 Regional <br />Transportation Plan titled 2012 -2035 Regional Transportation Plan /Sustainable Communities Strategy <br />(RTP /SCS): Towards a Sustainable Future (2012 RTP) (RTP ID ORA125). The project is also currently <br />listed in SCAG's financially constrained 2013 Federal Transportation Improvement Program (2013 FTIP) <br />for fiscal year 2012/2013 — 2015/2016.
