AGMT NO. 2014 -146 - Approve and authorize the City Manager <br />and Clerk of the Council to execute an agreement with PennCredit <br />for a three -year period ending June 30, 2017 for collection agency <br />services for all accounts receivable initially placed for collection <br />beginning July 1, 2014, subject to non - substantive changes <br />approved by the City Manager and City Attorney. <br />2.
