Narrowband Migration Deadline The CONTRACTOR must comply with the Federal Communications <br />Commission Public Notice DA09.2589 deadline for private land mobile radio services in the 150 -174 MHz <br />and 421 -512 MHz bands which will migrate to narrowband (12.5 kHz or narrower) technology effective <br />January 1, 2013. <br />54, Indemnification. Neither STATE nor any officer or employee thereof is responsible for any injury, damage <br />or liability occurring by reason of anything done or omitted to be done by CONTRACTOR and /or its agents <br />under or in connection with any work, authority or jurisdiction conferred upon CONTRACTOR under this <br />Agreement.
