The illegal sale of marijuana and the diversion of marijuana for <br />non - medical purposes are violations of State Law. Your membership in <br />this patient group will be terminated if you are caught diverting marijuana in <br />a manner that contravenes state law. <br />3. The use of marijuana may impair a person's ability to drive a <br />motor vehicle or operate heavy machinery. <br />4. Loitering at the location of a Medical Marijuana Collective for an <br />illegal purpose is prohibited by California Penal Code Section 647(h)." <br />L. Edible Medical Marijuana shall not be provided to any person who is not <br />a Qualified Patient member, Caregiver member or Qualified Patient Management <br />Member of the Collective, in compliance with all applicable state and local laws. <br />M. The Medical Marijuana Collective shall meet all applicable state and <br />local laws to ensure that the operations of the Collective are consistent with the <br />protection of the health, safety and welfare of the community, Qualified Patients <br />and their Primary Caregivers, and will not adversely affect surrounding uses. <br />N. No Collective shall operate for profit. Cash and in -kind contributions, <br />reimbursements, and reasonable compensation provided by Management <br />Members and members towards the Collective's actual expenses of the growth, <br />cultivation, and provision of Medical Marijuana shall be allowed provided that <br />they are in strict compliance with State Law. <br />O. Collective cultivation of Medical Marijuana by a Medical Marijuana <br />Collective shall not be done by any person who is not a member, Caregiver <br />member or Management Member of that Medical Marijuana Collective. <br />P. Medical Marijuana, including any derivative for which an exception to <br />state marijuana criminal liability is provided for under state law, shall not be made <br />available to or provided to any person who is not a patient member or authorized <br />patient member Caregiver of any Medical Marijuana Collective.
