Distribution of the Medical Marijuana collectively cultivated by the <br />Medical Marijuana Collective members and Management Members to Collective <br />members and Management Members shall not take place outside the boundaries <br />of the City of <br />or at a location other than the Property identified on <br />the required Business License issued by the City with the exception that a <br />Medical Marijuana Collective is not prohibited from providing Delivery Services, <br />as defined in this Chapter, when such service is conducted in full accordance <br />with State law and this Chapter. <br />R. Should any independently enacted tax measure governing city fees and <br />taxes on marijuana be deemed invalid, every Medical Marijuana Collective shall <br />file, on the fifteenth day of every February, May, August, and November the then <br />effective City Supplemental Quarterly Collective Business License Fee form and <br />shall pay a Supplemental Business License Fee of $50.00 of every $1,000.00 <br />received by the Medical Marijuana Collective during the preceding three (3) <br />month period, including but not limited to donations, contributions, sales, and /or <br />membership fees. The collection of fees under this section, should this section <br />be deemed applicable, shall not take place unless and until the provisions of Ca. <br />Gov't Code § § 66016 -66019 have been fully complied with by the City. This <br />section shall be deemed inapplicable upon enactment and implementation by the <br />voters of any marijuana tax measure. <br />16 <br />04202014Rc V30 <br />
