Medical Marijuana Collectives shall not be open to patient or caregiver <br />members or operate to provide Medical Marijuana between the hours of 10:00 <br />P.M. and 10:00 A.M. <br />X. There shall be no more than one (1) Business License issued under this <br />Chapter for every fifteen thousand (15,000) residents of the City based on the <br />official population of the City as provided by the U.S. Census Bureau from time to <br />time. <br />Y. No medical marijuana collective shall be open to member patients <br />without a licensed security guard present on the premises. <br />060 Business License — Non - transferable. <br />A Business License issued pursuant to this Chapter shall become null and <br />void upon the cessation of the Collective, resignation or replacement of any or all <br />of the Managing Members set forth in the Supplemental Business License <br />Information form submitted by the applicant and /or the relocation of the Collective <br />to a different Property. <br />A. The following shall be deemed a change in location: <br />1. Any relocation or expansion that includes a separate piece of property <br />or parcel of land from the Property identified in the Supplemental Business <br />License Information form submitted by the applicant. <br />2. Any expansion of the Property identified in the Supplemental Business <br />License Information form which represents a greater than fifty percent (50 %) <br />increase in the square footage of space devoted to public access or occupancy. <br />B. A Business License issued to a Medical Marijuana Collective shall not <br />be transferred to any other person or entity. <br />C. The holder of a Business License issued under this Chapter shall not <br />allow others to use or rent the Property. An exception shall be made for persons <br />iE <br />M202014-Re N30 <br />
